It was a 12 minute walk to anywhere I needed to be, and a very short Uber ride from the 30th St. train station. The street was very quiet and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Matt and Holly were wonderful hosts, communicated quickly and often, and even accommodated an early check in for us. The home is beautifully, renovated, and has every amenity you can imagine. If I could give this property more than five stars I would! We have a lot of family in this area, and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Matt and Holly! ##### Jennifer K.
