If it turns out that smoking was taking place in the property during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties. Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24\. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. Check-in / Check-out: The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability. This was a great option to spend time together instead of multiple hotel rooms. The location is great for access to the heart of the Main Line. The property is an older home that is up to date. Rafael quickly responded to my inquiry and was even willing to set up an extra bedroom in the finished basement so we could sleep two more family members. So very kind and much appreciated! The home was well appointed and very clean. A few items needed attention/repair (blinds, kitchen chair supports, lightbulbs) but overall our stay was wonderful.
