Great breakfast which was cooked to order and dining room a pleasant space. Great location for sightseeing."

"The house was clean and well equipped. All the rooms were a great size allowing our party ( including teenagers) plenty of space for family or alone time and was well furnished. As we were in the middle of a heatwave the host had also provided desk fans which was greatly appreciated.The location was great, a few minutes and you were on the beach.Parking was easy for our two large cars on the drive, we could have fitted at least another two. The garden was also a great size with a shed where we could store any beach items.The host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay which really helped.Overall we were very happy with the property and our stay there."

"We had a wonderful week at Henry-Oscar house. Bill was extremely welcoming and hospitable and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The facilities and the views were excellent. We had a great meal at the New Inn and a great afternoon tea experience at the Winchelsea Farm Kitchen, and really enjoyed Winchelsea Beach, Rye, Battle and Camber Sands. Thank you Bill and family!"
