Everything was wonderful. The only thing is the breakfast wasn't what. My husband was thing it should have been. Not a full breakfast But there are a lot of great places to get breakfast. All and all we loved it

Overall, we had a good stay, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, respectful, and helpful—especially Francisco, who provided outstanding service and made our mornings enjoyable. Because of employees like him, I'm still giving this hotel 3 stars. However, for a hotel charging approximately **$500 per night**, the cleanliness was disappointing. The biggest issue was the rooftop pool during the Fourth of July celebration. The pool water was extremely cloudy and appeared dirty. It was so unappealing that I would not have let my children swim in it. During the four hours we spent at the pool, not once did we see a staff member cleaning tables, picking up trash, or maintaining the area. Instead, employees spent much of their time standing around and using their phones while trash and used towels accumulated. The windows surrounding the pool were also filthy. They were so dirty that we had to use our own towels to wipe the glass just so we could enjoy the view and watch the fireworks. That should never be necessary at a hotel of this caliber. Our guest room also needed much more attention. There was noticeable dust throughout the room, and my wife experienced allergy symptoms for hours after we left. Housekeeping needs to pay much closer attention to detail. The hotel has great potential, and the customer service from most employees was excellent. Lots for the grandkids and us old folks to do. Amazing 4th of July fireworks. The only thing that needs to improve is a larger swim area in the lagoon.
