It's a side building on same property as the owners personal home with the dining area exposed and in full view of the main house , so not very private. It was hot the day I arrived but the air conditioner did not cool the place down at all with cheap fans for the bedroom area which just moved the air around . Clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would need on holiday. Public transport almost on the door stop means everything is super accessible. They have a fantastic Farmers Market just down the road on a Saturday morning which makes grabbing beautifully fresh supplies very easy. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 minute stroll.
