The building is right next to the highway with a terrible sound (and thermal) insulation, and the AC makes a lot of noise too so it is very hard to sleep. The room has insects that look like cockroaches, kitchen consists of an electric stove that can't even boil water to cook pasta, the bathroom floor was soaking wet when we arrived because the drain was blocked... We ask for cancellations and refund but couldn't get it as we booked through this third-party website.
