The care from the customer service team was exceptional, Raj in particular, meeting all needs and providing excellent communication. Requested to check in as soon as possible and Raj went above and beyond to let me know my room was ready to go, even offering to open to carpark gate to me upon arrival. Room was neat and tidy and had great amenities including small fridge, microwave and kettle. Property is presented very professionally and located so close to shops and cafes. Came with a kitchen and a washer/dryer. Balcony is huge but it is non smoking. Parking was provided, but a little tricky getting into the carpark as the gates and barrier are quite narrow. Short walk to Murray street mall, and there was a park on the opposite street of the apartment which unexpectedly provided us with an hour of unplanned entertainment. We checked in late and had to take a 4 mins walk to the motel to check in.
