A very well-presented and cosy cottage, in a perfect central location for exploring the delights of Perthshire.. 3 steps to entrance.

All on the Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £50.. Honeysuckle Cottage is a delightful bolthole which has been lovingly refurbished to make a cosy and comfortable cottage, ideal for couples wishing to sample all that the beautiful county of Perthshire offers. With private parking and an attractive enclosed sunny garden, guests can really relax and unwind. Very conveniently situated in the small village of Luncarty with a local shop less than a couple of minutes away. The range of activities available in the surrounding area will keep the visitor occupied for weeks, including superb fishing and water sports on the Tay, cycling and walking paths, horse riding and winter sports at Glenshee, lying approximately an hour’s drive to the north. For the golfer, there is the championship course at Rosemount in Blairgowrie, an 18 hole course at Dunkeld, whilst to the south is the world famous Gleneagles Hotel, offering three championship courses.

Nearby, the pretty town of Dunkeld and neighbouring Birnam is well worth a visit for artisan shops and cafés, riverside walks and the Beatrix Potter Museum. To the north and west, there is stunning scenery around Loch Tummel via Pitlochry, well known for its fish ladder and Theatre in the Hills, while Perth itself offers excellent shopping and dining facilities as well as parks, museums and cinema attractions. Scone Palace and Perth racecourse are 7 miles, with the castles of Stirling, Edinburgh and Glamis well worth a visit for a cultural day out. With so much to do, you will be sure to want to revisit!

Cottage was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Cottage was clean, quiet and comfortable. Felt the kitchen was lacking cutlery and utensils, but I wasn’t cooking, so it didn’t really matter. Pam was very kind and the wee hamper on arrival was a lovely touch. Enjoyed my stay - felt rested.

We arrived later than expected and the owner was waiting for us.

We arrived later than expected and the owner was waiting for us. We were made very welcome. There was a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed and the enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed our stay in Honeysuckle cottage.

This is a lovely little cottage in a quiet village close to Perth, really nicely presented and with everything needed for a comfortable stay - including a lovely welcome pack of goodies. The owner was really nice too, she was in touch by text and met me when I arrived to say hello and show me round. I was staying for work but this would be perfect for a single person or couple for a holiday in Perthshire, there's loads to see and do on the doorstep and this is such a nice little retreat to come back to for the evening. I can highly recommend.

Lovely one bedroom single storey house in a residential area.

Lovely one bedroom single storey house in a residential area. Very handy for A9 and so in driving distance of local attractions. House was spotless clean, warm & very comfortable. There is a wood burner with good supply of wood provided & everything needed for a cosy fire, as well as central heating.Television was by use of an Amazon Firestick, which wasn’t expecting & had to ask for instructions, a bit of a faff having to use apps to access individual channels but had mastered it by the end of the week.A lovely welcome pack was provided & much appreciated. Great communication from the owner & available for any queries. Would definitely look to stay again in the future
