- A relaxing hideaway for up to four guests, this delightful ground-floor apartment is ideally positioned for beach lovers keen to discover one of Cornwall's prettiest beaches. Perfect for discovering the idyllic resort of Perranporth, the property sits in a convenient central location, just a short stroll from an array of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Both the boating lake and the beach are less than a quarter of a mile away, the beach offering a glorious 3-mile stretch of golden sands, popular with surfers and families. Perranporth sits in a beautiful spot at the northern fringe of the St Agnes Heritage Coast, which leads south-west towards Chapel Porth Beach (6 miles). The vibrant seaside resort of Newquay is to the north (8.5 miles), with attractions inland including Penrose Water Gardens, Lappa Valley, Llama Lland and Cornwall Gold, all within 11 miles.
On entering this tastefully decorated property, head through to the stylishly arranged and beautifully furnished open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which provides a relaxing space for you all to unwind in after a great day discovering an unforgettable part of Cornwall. The light-filled lounge has ample seating and a Smart TV and leads across to a sociable central dining table. The thoughtfully organised kitchen has plenty of equipment for rustling up all your favourite dishes. When it's time to turn in for the night, head down the corridor to the two cheerful bedrooms: there's a lovely double and a cosy bunk room. The accommodation is rounded off with a shower room.
A wealth of great places to eat and drink are just a short stroll away from the apartment. Parking is available on the driveway for one car.
