The neighboring National Seashore Preserve forever protects Sandy Key’s beaches. Sandy Key is the place for you if you prefer your walks on the beach solely in the company of the seagulls, Blue Herons, and sea shells. Sandy Key is located on 800 feet of Beach Front. This unit has a 1204 SF living area and a 200 SF beachfront balcony. Bright, happy, and inviting! Sandy Key 327 is your dream beach condo! Ceramic tile throughout Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bedrooms, and Baths.

A NOTE FROM THE OWNER
We live in Marietta Ga, home to Lockeed Martin Aeronautics and the Atlanta Braves. We dreamed of owning a beachfront condo for a long time before we discovered Perdido Key. We love the small town beach vibe and southern hospitality along with the awesome amenities of Sandy Key condominiums. This 3rd-floor unit offers beautiful views of the emerald waters of the Gulf lined with Palm trees and seagrass-covered dunes, truly picturesque. We like having a secure beach closet on the ground level for our beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas...you are welcome to use our supplies too. Unit 327 is easily accessible by stairs and elevators, plus we like that the condo is located away from the noise of the elevators, so you will not hear elevator dinging and foot traffic. You will enjoy your vacation with us and it will leave you with a lifetime of pleasurable memories!

Was very pleased with our stay at this property. Check in and out was very easy. Condo was just as described and very clean when we arrived. Loved the location of this property. Perfect all around!

We loved every moment of our stay from the moment it was time to check in until it was time to check out. The condo was so lovely, and homey. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and relaxing. The view is amazing any time of the day. We had no problems at all our entire stay. I can’t say enough about our visit, and can’t wait to return!

Sandy Key 327 was extremely clean and well appointed with kitchen appliances and bedding. The only complaints were a slow draining master shower, and a neighbor’s weed fumes.

We had a great stay at this Sandy Key condo. The location cannot be beat and the property was well-maintained. This particular condo had a great ocean view and was clean--most important to us when traveling. We would stay here again!

Great location directly on the beach. beautiful property. condo big and roomy. this property is entirely non smoking. Johnson beach state park right down the street 4 min drive, which is so beautiful and so much room to spread out and feel like you are all alone. you do have to pay for parking here.

Peaceful Beachy Vacay

Everything was as pictured. The check in and check out were very easy and quick. This was our first time to Perdido and we found the area very easy to get around. We liked this being a smaller condo unit and nearly everyone staying there was adults or families with kids, so no loud partiers. The beach was not overly crowded, which was nice. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning! Would definitely go back!

Perdido father son vacation

Property was very nice, loved the 2 pools, not sure if it was by accident or intentional, but one pool was cold and the other very warm, loved that as i hate cold water. Beach was nice. Wished there was a nonstick skillet and some salt/oil, and a usable beach umbrella to use so didnt have to buy it all but that being said, very nice place and stay and communication from Perdido Realty was excellent. Nice quieter beach area away from all the stuff which i like.

Great property!

We had everything we needed and the owners left us little welcome packs that were a wonderful little touch! The short walk to the beach and pools were perfect! We all slept comfortably and everything was clean- the most important things to us! The view from the balcony was the perfect the place to drink our morning coffee. Beautiful Beach property

We really liked everything about this condo. The location is great. The beach access was easy and the views were spectacular. It was especially nice to sit in the balcony and view the storms on one rainy afternoon. They could provide some more basic amenities liked dish soap and handwashing soap. But over all, everything was great.

Great condo

Our family loved staying here. A very nice condo at a great location that we felt very safe at. The management was very informative every step of the way. The beautifully decorated condo was very clean and stocked with everything as mentioned. Many of the appliances were newer and up to date. The property was well maintained and their employees were on top of keeping it that way while being very discreet. The painters working on the building and the a/c maintenance guy were friendly yet stayed out of our way to the best of their ability. We hope to get to come back here again on our next vacation.

Location, location, location!!

The location was great....close enough to everything but without the noise. The condo was clean, well equipped and had amazing views!! A couple of things i think should be updated/replaced....the toaster-you have to hold the lever down for it to work and the mattress in the master bedroom-should be replaced, its old. I would stay here again.
