This place is amazing. It has the most amazing view. It is close to Alabama. It is close to food restaurants it is just a really great quiet point romantic place.

First let me say the sweet lady who cleaned our condo was top notch and did an amazing job, but she was clearly very stressed when we arrived because of how big a job it was so we commend her. The size of the unit is great and we loved it, however, it could really use some TLC. There was some wear and tear that’s gone a little. The fridge has cracked drawers and shelves. The dryer was wrecked. One of the ceiling fans needed to be pushed to work. A lot of the light switches don’t do what they advertise despite the labels. The management was responsive to issues. We were told last minute one of the showers was not usable due to renovations, but we were comped for this upon inquiring. Only 2 parking passes per unit so plan for that. Very safe and nice community overall. The beach chair rental team is awesome, would come back just for Ethan

It was clean and picked up. It was a little more beat up than it looked in the pictures. The frig was old and really scratched. The beach and the view from them balcony were great. I asked for maintenance because one of the rooms storm shutters would not open. They never came in fixed in the 5 days we were there. Stop at the condo and check for things like paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc…. We stopped prior and bought some and didn’t need it. We left a bunch of it behind.

Loved the property’s access to the Beach. The property was really nice. My only complaint was the elevator! Only 1 working for a 18 floor building …was a nightmare getting to the apartment and leaving each day . I wouldn’t stay at this property again for this reason. The condo itself was great , but the hassle to come and go is not worth it to me…
