The building, location and unit itself were all great. Check in and out process with the onsite management company was easy and quick. The unit was very clean and fairly well stocked. The only unexpected costs were, we had to pay for a third vehicle to park at the open lot next door ($100) and we had to pay for the additional beach chairs since the unit only came with 2 and we were a party of 6 ($500). The view is so beautiful! The condo was very spacious and loved that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms! Kitchen was nice and we cooked most of our meals during our stay.
