"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"The apartment and the staff, (Ivan and his father) are excellent and responsive hosts, tending to all our needs as well as suggestions for travel and the area. The apartment was clean and well taken care of, and the washer unit was excellent to have for our 2 kids. The location is amazing, just a quick 2 min walk to the beach and all the action, but far enough to be very quiet. We would gladly stay there again! "The villa is extremely comfortable, the location is outstanding, the facilities are perfect. Your recommendations have been so helpful. We rented our boat from Petar at Orebic Adventures as you recommended and we loved having a boat to explore all the islands and it’s great to have our own mooring here in the bay. We have had great restaurant experiences and have enjoyed cooking in your outdoor kitchen. Your local guy Luksa brought us a basket of produce when we arrived and we bought fruit at the stall on the way into Orebic. The beds are super comfortable. Mokalo beach is beautiful and we enjoyed having our private terrace above it. It’s super helpful having the facilities of the two campsites there and we used their restaurants and the bread van in the mornings. The outdoor shower is great. The lighting on the terraces is lovely in the evenings and we loved star gazing on the roof. All in all it’s been a very relaxing week in a perfect spot. Thank you for all you have done to make it so fabulous."

"What a wonderful holiday we've just had! Our party of four adults and four teenagers had a great time and it was all thanks to the outstanding accommodation in Viganj. The large lounge and kitchen area fitted everyone in comfortably, with a large table available for dining or card/board games. There were also dining tables at the front of the house and at the rear, where a perfect sheltered area meant breakfasts and lunches could be had without risks from the sun.The kitchen had a coffee maker (Nespresso type) and an Italian stove top one. The hob and oven were sizeable, to allow serious cooking. There were easily enough plates, cups and tumblers to survive beyond the point of a full dishwasher. The washing machine, second fridge/freezer and microwave were ideal.The bedrooms were great for our group, with one family going downstairs, the other upstairs. Each room had air conditioning, so sleeping was easy. Toilets and showers were clean and suitably roomy. As for the pool, it made our holiday, as the youngsters - as well as the adults - played in it for hours. Water temperature was great and the size was adequate for all eight of us to have fun.Viganj is quite a distance from Dubrovnik, so be prepared for a couple of hours of driving, or more, but it's well served with a supermarket, two bakeries, and several excellent restaurants & bars. You will not go hungry!Overall, I can only thoroughly recommend this villa for its outstanding facilities and the great locale."
