Newly decorated 1 bedroomed apartment a few minutes from Peebles town centre and amenities and from lovely river walks. Peebles is a bustling border town nestled in hills and with the river Tweed running through its centre. Facilities in flat include 2 TVs, Netflix, large fridge freezer, large shower, bluetooth bathroom mirror, tea, coffee and a well equipped kitchen. Relax and enjoy the local area, sample local homebaking in the many cafes nearby and good cooking in restaurants and hotels. Visit the art galleries, exhibitions, Eastgate theatre productions, great shops and local attractions in the area. With a regular bus service into Edinburgh you can visit the Scotland's capital city in an hour and explore its beautiful sights. There is a back garden for relaxing with a coffee or a drink . Swimming pool 2 mins walk away and there are many peaceful walks along the river banks and through the parks and up into the magnificent hills around the town . My husband, dog and I stayed for 2 nights and we honestly could find no fault. Everything you could possibly need was provided which was a lovely touch. Even down to being able to grab a cuppa whilst we got our bearings was perfect. The weather was horrible but we felt relaxed and rested which is priceless. Would have loved to have stayed longer so will definitely look to do that in the future. There was everything you could need in the property and it was absolutely spotless. It was close to the river and scenic walks and very peaceful given its proximity to the high street. The bed was possibly the comfiest, cosiest Ive ever slept in!
