The ground floor is a large open space, with a surf board rack conveniently located directly next to the front door. A pool table and bar for lazy days, a double day bed scattered with plush cushions to relax and chill out on, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. A cinema/media room sits just off of the lounge for relaxing and catching a movie. With double doors all along one side of the room, opening to the extensive lawn and 14 metre private pool. With indoor and outdoor dining areas, a BBQ, an outside bar and large shaded seating area in addition to the sun-loungers and open lawn, The Backyard Bingin is an incredible location for a wedding, event or retreat. BEDROOMS All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with four-poster kingsize beds. In the main house you have five bedrooms, all with Ocean View. Three located on the first floor of the main house, with a shared communial seating area/ lounge that is ideal for catching up on some holiday reading or just relaxing, and two located on the second floor with a sweeping shared panoramic terrace. Next to the pool you have two standalone bungalows/bedrooms for privacy and seclusion. These bedrooms have semi open large bathrooms. All seven bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, five with bathtubs. Each of the seven bedrooms can take one extra single bed if required, meaning the Backyard Bingin can sleep up to 21 guests. Please note: that the standard rate is based on 14 guests and 7 bedrooms/beds, additional charges apply for extra beds or guests. POOL & GARDENS Enjoy cocktails on a sun lounger as the sunsets over the ocean view, or gather by the BBQ and outside bar for sundowners and food.
