(1 300 avis) The hotel is perfectly located in the Loop district. The rooms are spacious and clean, but nothing more. The bathroom is very good, with a large shower. We had a problem with a clogged sink, and someone intervened very quickly to solve the problem. The air conditioning works well. There's a coffee machine and a microwave which is very handy. Lots of cupboards too. The view from the room was perfect, we had taken the "king size bed with landmark view" option and it's a real plus. We had a view over the gardens of the Willis Tower. So why 3 stars and not 5? First of all, the staff at reception: you have to beg for a smile or a hello. It's not a very warm welcome. You always feel like you're intruding. Secondly, the sheets are not suitable. The mattress is so thick that the fitted sheet doesn't fit. As a result, in 5 minutes, the bed is completely unmade and you have to sleep on the mattress protector (not sure this one is changed after each customer). We did ask for a flat sheet, but our request went unanswered. It's a real shame for a Hilton hotel.
