The reception staff are good, but overwhelmed at certain times of day with long queues waiting to be attended to. Food in the restaurants was extremely good but a little on the pricey side. When restaurants were quiet the service was exceptionally good, but became a problem again at busy times. Pool areas, bars and beach all good, in lovely setting. We had a flood in our bathroom/room and while it was attended to it took 45 minutes for a maintenance person to come and nearly 3 hours for a room cleaner to attend by which time we had been forced to mop everything up ourselves. Compensation of $100 given, but not really the point given the disruption and time taken to deal with it. Overall impression is a very nice hotel, good amenities and staff, but possibly a problem with understaffing which impacts on service given. Even their top Resturaunt the food was good but nothing to be super excited about.
