Welcome to your coastal getaway in the desirable Marsh Hawk community at Litchfield by the Sea. This beautifully updated condo offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families and friends. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen, and the third is perfect for kids or extra guests with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and a double on the bottom. A washer and dryer are located inside the condo for added convenience.  
  
The open living space is bright and inviting, highlighted by a gorgeous modern kitchen that makes preparing meals a pleasure. Step outside to the private screened-in patio and take in serene marsh views, an ideal spot for morning coffee or relaxing at sunset.  
  
Guests will enjoy full access to the many amenities of Litchfield by the Sea, including a sparkling community pool, tennis courts, private beach access, and the convenience of having both a Starbucks and a restaurant on site. Whether you’re spending the day at the beach, enjoying a game of tennis, or simply unwinding while overlooking the marsh, this condo provides the perfect balance of comfort and coastal charm.
