The master suite opens to a private screened porch overlooking the beach and ocean. There is a TV, and the master bath is updated with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower with glass enclosure. The 2nd bedroom on the top floor has a TV and private bath with a tub/shower combination. The ground floor offers the 4th bedroom, with TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. This condo is located in Building 3, and it is convenient to the beach, pool, and creek dock. There is an entrance to the ground floor foyer from the carport area.

Parking: Covered carport parking for 2 cars underneath the unit. Additional parking is available.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
