Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, normal and American coffee machine, dispenser of natural ambient, natural chilled and carbonated chilled water. Large living room with corner sofa and French bed, TV and air conditioner. Small room with French bed and latex mattress. Double room with memory mattress, TV and air conditioning. Bathroom with separate tub and shower cubicle, laundry column with washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, shower cleaner and more necessary for personal hygiene. Iron and ironing board. Bath towels for each guest. Everything you need for infants (cot, cot, changing table) to be requested during the booking process. Dishes and basic condiments. Breakfast with packaged materials: milk, coffee, croissants, yogurt, jams, honey etc. Wifi, access for the disabled from the internal courtyard (bathroom not equipped for the disabled), Possibility of internal parking for bikes and / or motorbikes and luggage unloading. Free street parking. The house is located in the Borgo Ticino district, south of Pavia, an area connected to the city center by the Covered Bridge. Apr 24, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice Stay in Borgo Ticino District in south Pavia Pre-arrival coordination via text messages was great. Francesca met my wife and I on Via dei Mille to walk us through the rental. The unit is off a courtyard approximately 12 steps down from street level. The queen bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable – memory foam. There is a ‘nook’ off of the living room that has a second full-sized bed which we did not use. The bathroom has tub and corner shower. The unit has what I believe is a tankless hot water heater that provided continuous hot water for showers. We baked chicken breasts wrapped in prosciutto (latter provided by owners) one night for dinner – the oven is easy to use and cooked thoroughly. My wife made scrambled eggs two mornings (10 eggs provided by owners) on the convection stop top – again, easy to use/worked well. Internet service was sufficient enough to stream online news. Only moderate amount of street noise noticed. Washing machine and dryer operation was a bit confusing as there are a litany of choices. The dryer is a condenser/ventless dryer – so expect smaller capacity and longer drying time than that in US. Street parking is interesting – area is provided along the wall outside the unit, an area typically used by walkers. I ultimately parked in free unmarked parking on Str. Persa ½ block away. Francesca brought us fresh strawberries one evening – delicious, and offered two incredible locations for dinner, both were awesome! A great stay. ##### Joe H.
