I reserved a room on June 16. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they were full and could not honor my reservation. I was turned away. They told me I needed to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia told me I needed to contact OYO Hotel for my refund. Back and forth we went for 6 weeks. No resolution. The OYO hotel manager said, "It's been forwarded to management." Both Expedia and OYO were unhelpful - blaming each other. I still haven't gotten my refund. In short, they stole my money.

After a 700 mile drive, it was nice to be welcomed with a bright smile and absolute words of encouragement. The King suite was well worth the time to reserve and it was a welcome time to relax. Thank you once again for everything!
