Our family-friendly villa with a large ingrown garden is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers you comfort and privacy. The house is surrounded by an idyllic garden and vines and kiwi plants give you shade on the large terrace. It is only 300m to the beach. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. We speak English, Croatian and German. The villa is only 5 minutes from the beach. Within a radius of 250-800m there are many beautiful small bays with crystal clear water. You can expect absolute peace and beautiful nature. The national park 'Kornati' with hundreds of islets is located directly in front of the island of Pasman and can be explored by boat trips or sailing trips. There are other small fishing villages with small authentic restaurants on the island of Pasman and Ugljan. a. offer the day's fishing and Croatian specialties. The island can also be explored by bike.
