The location is quiet, surrounded by greenery and ideal for all those seeking relaxation, sunshine and clear seawater. The accommodation offers space for up to five people on around 47 m² and features a separate bedroom with a double and a single bed as well as a living and dining area with a sofa bed. The open living space is bright and friendly and comes with a well-equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery – perfect for those who also like to cook for themselves while on holiday. From the balcony with a magnificent sea view, you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic – the ideal place to start the day with breakfast in the morning sun or to observe the sunset. The equipment includes Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning (usage for a fee). Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a private parking space directly at the house. Upon request, pets may also be brought along (for a fee). The holiday home accommodates a total of four apartments. Guests have access to a garden with barbecue facilities - ideal for cosy evenings outdoors.
