Room were super clean all the time , menu in the buffet excellent, great service, staff from entertainment so cool, dancing specific the one we called electric, he will never stop dancing and having fun with you, the experience was super nice, we don’t want to go home!!! Go there you will never regret it!

The room was entirely clean, the staff was amazing, friendly, entertaining and well mannered. Everyone worked as a unit to ensure the guests were always taken care of. The boat ride (catamaran) was beautiful. The archery was so much fun. Every single resuturabt was amazing and the buffet was just as amazing as the restaurants. The buffet staff were proactive, attentive and friendly. The spa was AMAZING. I will absolutely be back to this resort.

Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information.
My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.
