The villa comprises, on the ground floor level, a large living-dining room with fireplace, 49 '' flat screen TV and fans and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace. Upper floor: bathroom and 2 bedrooms: one with a 180 cm bed; the other, with direct access to a raised terrace, includes 2 twin beds (90x200) which can be assembled, fan and air condition in each bedroom. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms with air condition and 2 twin beds (90x200) that can be assembled, bathroom, utility room with washing machine. In the basement: 2 single beds and one 160x200 bed in a 20 m2 blind room, boiler room. The living room sofa converts into a bed for 2 people, increasing the sleeping capacity to 14 people. All the bedrooms (except the master room with a 180x200). have bedding allowing the arrangement into twin beds or 180x200 beds. Large closet in each bedroom. 170 m2 of terraces with sea views, divided into three pergolas: a first with built-in bench and table for 6 people (ideal for breakfast) next to the kitchen. A living room with built-in sofa bench for 12 people and dining room under the second pergola, table for 12 people. The third pergola shelters the barbecue and the wood oven (pizza, etc.) with an adjoining organic vegetable patch. Private swimming pool 11m x 5.5m, with submerged night lighting and surrounded by a lawn. The garden is landscaped with walkways for strolling to enjoy aromatic plants and flowers of all colors. A central path leads to the belvedere, located below the garden, to admire the panoramic view of the sea and the island of Naxos. Outdoor eating areas were amazing and this location is just a short commute to all the fun! You will need a car as the main city areas are a drive away. Our family of six adults had a wonderful week in n this stunning villa. The outdoor pool, seating areas, different pergolas and the gorgeous view to Naxos was even better than the photos. We were about a kilometre from several local taverns on the waterfront and could swim at the local beaches with a short walk or head to the local organised beaches. Communication was prompt with Maria and she also provided great recommendations for dinners etc. Inside the villa, the bedrooms were spacious and air conditioned. The cleaner came after three days and a pool man and gardener also visited but were very discrete. We would highly recommend!! It was fabulous ##### Kate M. The property is located in a quiet, peaceful part of Paros that is close enough to get any amenities, food, etc yet far enough away to imagine you are on private island. There are restaurants, food markets, bakeries and coffee shops 5 to 10 minutes away. The house is impeccably maintained and it was extremely nice to be able to pick fresh herbs and vegetables from their garden. The kitchen and outdoor cooking area were well equipped to cook for our family of five. The living area outside is spacious enough for many people. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and well equipped. The laundry room was well equipped and allowed us to easily wash a few loads before heading back to the states. Maria and Ralph are so easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Their team who helps with the property are very nice and helpful when needed. We were even pleasantly surprised with a gift bag that included local wine, coffee and other treats. If you are reading this review, I suggest going ahead and book now. La communication avec l'hôte fut très bonne, réactive, complète. Ce fut un plaisir. Pour la villa, la vue est incroyable, les espaces de vie sont parfaitement adapté, les équipements sont nombreux et complet. La piscine vue mer est très agréable. Concernant les chambres, il y a une grande hétérogénéité entre celles de la partie supérieure assez luxueuses, bien ventilée, et une belle vue sur l'extérieur. Celle de la partie inférieure moins agréable du fait qu'il n'y a presque pas d'ouverture vers l'extérieur. En revanche la dernière chambre, au sous sol, sans aération, ni aucune fenêtre n'est pas du tout au niveau du reste de la villa. Enfin, le fonctionnement du chauffe eau pour l'ensemble de la villa fait un bruit assez fort et qui gène la tranquillité durant la nuit. We loved the outside areas for eating and the house is set in a beautiful garden that's well maintained - unusual for Greece in our limited experience. The open plan living area gives a great sense of space. We'd definitely return to this villa if the opportunity presents itself. Fantastic house, although we used the outdoor space, which is even better, far more and for all our meals. The owners were very nice, responsive and helpfull before, during, and after our stay (we forgot a ring which they will send us to France).
