Le Logge is a finely renovated and furnished apartment, located on the third floor of a charming historic building in the center of Parma.
Le Logge was born from the desire to offer, in the heart of the city, a valuable refuge dedicated to those who, for tourism or business, are looking for quality, comfort, privacy and independence in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere like that of home. The careful and radical renovation of this large apartment ended in 2017: every detail of the accommodation, from the finishes to the furnishings, from the lighting to the accessories, clearly highlights the attention for quality, attention to detail and passion of owners for art and design.
The size of the spaces and the consistent size allow for up to 8 people to be accommodated for short or long periods.

Très bel appartement,propre et très bien situé! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son confort.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la ville de Parme. L’appartement était très bien situé et l’environnement était agréable et calme. Si nous retournons à Parme, nous réserverons sans hésiter le même appartement. Peut être mentionner que le stationnement est à proximité et payant.

Incredible apartment!

Beautiful large apartment

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - this updated apartment is perfect for families looking to stay in Parma. Parking garage outside the ZTL only a few min walk away if you are driving. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The elevator in the building is a plus too!

We really enjoyed our stay at this vrbo! It was great space for our family of 4. The location was perfect for exploring around Parma. Our host was very friendly and very helpful. Home away from home in Parma

This apartment was so nice I wished we had stayed longer than one night! We decided to stop over in Parma before we headed to France and found this gem. It was super spacious and felt like an actual home. Everything was very clean and it was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was big and super well equipped, plenty of linens were provided, and the laundry facilities were great to take care of the dirty clothes we had accumulated on our vacation so far. The location was also very walkable to the old parts of the city where the shops, restaurants and other points of interest were located.

Great little apartment

The apartment was walking distance from the train station and we found it pretty easily thanks to Google Maps. Emanuela and Davide met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and a good size for us. Nice facilities. Lots of dishes and glassware, which isn’t always the case. Close to lots of attractions and places to eat. Emanuela was very prompt in her responses. She even gave us a ride to the train station when we were leaving and could not get a taxi I. We also loved the laundry facilities in the apartment

Superbe séjour à Parme

L’appartement est très, très bien situé, dans un quartier très calme et aux superbes bâtisses des 17e et 18e siècles, tout proche de la cathédrale et du baptistaire. Il bénéficie de très nombreux équipements qui facilitent le séjour. Très vaste et ensoleillé, nous avons apprécié sa terrasse. C’est idéal pour un séjour jusqu’à 7 personnes et très convivial. La décoration, sobre, est de bon goût. Tout est confortable, de la literie aux 2 salles de bains, jusqu’à la cuisine. Je ne veux pas faire d’éloges, mais je mets 10/10. Pour mon prochain séjour à Parme, je réserverai cet appartement.
