"Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel and Suites in Saigon was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! A special thank you goes to Chau, the front desk manager, whose professionalism and friendliness were truly top-notch. She quickly addressed the issues we had with our room, assisted us in extending our stay by an extra day, and even helped arrange our airport transportation. Marriott is very lucky to have her taking care of guests—she made our stay seamless and stress-free. We also want to express our gratitude to Van and Ronaldo, who came to our aid upon arrival when we encountered an issue with an airport taxi driver trying to change the fare. They stepped in immediately, calmed the situation, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Their assistance set a wonderful tone for our entire visit. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the dining experience exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the Seafood Night buffet on Thursday, which was an incredible bargain for the amazing variety of choices offered. Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended, and we are already looking forward to returning to this property on our next trip to Saigon."

"Excellent 2nd stay!! I hadn't been back to HCMC in 10yrs I decided to stay at Liberty again since last time it was excellent. The hotel is small enough for a personalized feel and location is perfect in D1 the customer service really does make this place 5 star. I chose the Executive Lounge access option for my room and it was great. Special Thank you to the concierge Trung he was on top of his game, had me a rental scooter in 30min and helped with directions a couple of times. Another big thank you to Taum he showed me to my room, then was in charge at the Executive Lounge several nights I was there. He had a ton of great tips on rooftops to visit and things to do with instructions on how to get there. Enthusiastic young man who was smiling, always helpful and his English was excellent. Rooftop has some great views day or night. Looking forward to my return."

"A beautiful historic hotel with over 100 years of charm. Staff were excellent, the location is convenient, and the setting is lovely. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed, though the balcony access was closed and the shower felt a bit dated. Breakfast had plenty of variety, but the cooking quality was only average. Still, overall it was a fantastic stay in a hotel full of character, and we would definitely return."
