Park City Powder Pointe B106 is located directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort and the ski slopes, and about 2 blocks to shopping, restaurants, grocery, Starbucks and more! Main Street is 6 blocks away or hop on the free Park City bus (bus stop about 50 steps away) to just about anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley and Kimball Junction. This unit has been completely remodeled and offers one bedroom and one bathroom. It also has a comfortable sofa sleeper to easily accommodate up to four guests. Up the stairs to the 1st floor, you will enter the condo and into the main living area holding the living room and kitchen. Living Room: The living room has comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a warm wood-burning, stone fireplace and a 50-inch LED Smart TV. The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and very nicely stocked with everything we could need. The property management was great even when my 5 yr old locked us out. I will say what other reviews have already said, the beds weren’t the best and the walls are thin. But that being said, we didn’t lose a moments sleep due to the rest of the comfort factors of the house and the amount of energy we burned during the day. I reached out to property manager but they said they don’t do that unit but the way they sounded was like “too bad. We don’t care. Call the police”…..I didn’t want to deal with the police because i know that they won’t do anything about the noise ordinance. The place is very spacious with a large kitchen and living room which we used a lot since we were working and cooking during the week. The only downside was the noise from the neighbors. The walls are thin so you can hear everything the neighbors above and adjacent do. If you are a light sleeper or get bothered by the noise this is probably not the place for you. The bus makes it super convenient too. Clean condo with nice TV and good cable and Wi-Fi. Hot tub was convenient. Only knock was the couch is a little uncomfortable and noise from the neighbors but that wasn’t bad either. Highly recommend this condo and good value for what you get. ##### Broderick C. Its the perfect spot to stay especially with kids as they literally only have to walk across the road to hit the slopes. TV was not HD although its big. Not a cooking-friendly kitchen We had to ask for basic supplies such as a colander and cutting board, which were promptly supplied.
