Our house is a five minute walk to Main Street and Deer Valley Resort is only minutes away. There are six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including two grand suite style master bedrooms with king beds. The lower floor features a third master bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom. Two additional spacious bedrooms with queen beds share a large full separate bathroom. A sixth bedroom with twin beds sits adjacent to the upstairs blue grand master bedroom; it also has a separate bathroom and is ideal for singles or attending to children. FEATURES: The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped with professional grade appliances, fine granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets; plus and is stocked with cookware for the culinary enthusiast. The adjoining dining area and great room showcase hardwood floors, expansive ceilings, fireplace and wide screen smart TV to create an all-inclusive festive setting. A large loft with wireless internet access overlooks the great room with a view of the luscious Park City mountainside. They even gave us a list of recommendations around the area since we’ve never been to Park City before. Very specious home with tons of space to move around. Its great for large groups. It’s about a mile and a half to Park City Mountain so it was a short uber if you didn’t want to rent a car. It was quite a bit of a walk but close enough if you wanted to get into Main Street. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms (two master suites) and a twin, and 3 bedrooms,/ 2 baths in the basement. Large laundry room with 4 washer/dryers! These are all the great things about it, plus very kind and exceptionally helpful hosts. The not so good thing is the basement is not well heated and we were forced to run the middle floor heater to make those basement bedrooms' warmth level even tolerable, which barely worked to warm them up. Note that our stay was in August. I would recommend this house in spite of the coldness of the basement, because of all the positives, plus it is reasonably priced for this size house. ##### Teri K. The chef’s kitchen met all our culinary expectations. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor area was all well stocked. The hot tub was new last year and very modern and fun. The grill was new this year and quite nice. The owner was a delight and ALWAYS responded quickly. It was a little bit of a downhill walk to Main Street which meant an uphill track back to the house but quite expected in a ski town. We all made the journey several times including our 80 year old senior. No one complained as we all needed a little exercise. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Jan 7, 2017 #### Perfect house, ideal location Our extended family spent a wonderful week at this property and we're thrilled with the house, the location, and the town. The home is situated on a street within walking distance (downhill) to Main Street where the shops and restaurants are located. The uphill side dead ends into a canyon where we went on snowshoe adventures and the kids spent hours exploring and sledding. This was the best think about the location. No cars driving by! Parking is limited in the area, but two cars fit in the garage and two more can fit on the driveway. These bonus features alone were enough to attract us to the house, yet we were also thrilled to have a well kept home with comfortable beds and furniture and a large kitchen that opened into the family room so the entire group could cook and eat and visit together. When the kids got too loud, they escaped outside or to the game room downstairs. Three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs gave us privacy and separation as desired for the family groups while the main floor was the gathering spot. The upstairs landing was an additional retreat where the young adults loved to visit next to the wifi router. We had Savory catering three nights for dinner and loved every meal, but the kitchen was well stocked and cooking was easy. We had one car (large SUV) for the group and the others took shuttles from the airport. This was ideal because we used the car to get to the ski lifts, ski rentals and grocery store but otherwise stayed around the house. Town lift was three minutes from the house and kids loved going to the slopes from town to avoid the congestion at the base on the resort. Kids loved the hot tub in the backyard. The hillside is your back door neighbor so privacy is a plus. Nights were silent with no noise from any bars or neighbors and that was a nice surprise for a resort town. Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay at this roomy, quiet, fully furnished home. It had everything we needed to have a great time with family. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, a large kitchen to cook and eat together, and a nice hot tub to relax after a day on the slopes. Rick made the check-in/check-out process very easy. The house was well furnished (the kitchen more than any other property we have stayed in thus far). Location was awesome as restaurants were within a few minutes. This was a great house in Park City!! We had a friend reunion, and it was such a house, because all the couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. Loved the large kitchen island, and such a great place to gather. Nice outdoor patio with a hot tub, with privacy. It is a wonderful location, we could walk down the hill to town, or up the street to hike. Rick is a great host, communicated very well, and made sure we had everything we needed. Walking distance but quite a haul up the hill on the way back! :) No AC so it did get a little warm in the middle of the day but cooled off at night! Rick was an attentive host!
