I'd say maybe a 3-4 minute walk tops. The gondola is very convenient getting to the base area, and at the end of the day you can even ski down and not need the gondola.The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I was pleasantly surprised that all the rooms are even bigger than the photos give them credit for.The large 2-car garage was very nice and much bigger than we needed.A wonderful pool and large hot tub are a minute away. This was a very clean and well-appointed condo. It was easy to use the high-end kitchen appliances. Space was great for four adults - might be tight for more folks. Humidifiers in the bedroom was a very welcome touch. Unfortunately, the nearby gondola that would have taken us to the slopes was not operational for two of the three days which made transfer a chore, despite our having stored our skis and poles at the mountain. This townhouse is top notch! The unit is beautiful and steps away from a heated pool and hot tub. There is also a gym with a Peloton bike. There is also a 2 car covered garage. The wifi in this unit is also very strong! You can easily walk to the Waldorf for dinner. We skied at Deer Valley which is less than 5 miles away. We also made a day trip to Salt Lake and Solitude.
