Feb 11, 2025 #### Convenient and Pleasant Mountainside Stay My group and I really enjoyed our stay at Powder Pointe! The home was convenient and clean. We had an issue with our door code upon checking in, but within seconds a text to the help line was responded to with a new code. The management was very attentive and helpful during the stay. The unit needed some basic maintenance (lightbulbs out, lamps unplugged and placed without outlets nearby, shower drain cover loose) but nothing that impeded our stay. The beds were comfortable and the location to the ski lifts was good. Walkable to several restaurants and the grocery store and pharmacy was helpful. We had some minor issues that were quickly resolved by the management company and host. Good communication was very helpful. Property was easy to get in/out of and the instructions were precisely right. It's a pretty easy walk to get to the slopes, maybe 10 mins up a small hill. The unit was sufficient, however it is an old property that has several (old) original features you have to be delicate with. Everything worked, the sliding glass door was 30+ years old and rigged to stay closed with tape and paper towels. It blew apart around 2:00am in -0 temps...was a very chilly night. The hot tub looked neat but was closed during our stay for a maintenance issue. The kids loved eating popcorn by the fireplace and sleeping in the bunkbeds. Updates unit was clean with large kitchen, comfy beds, and ample hot water. Great location with easy access to bus stops, PCMR, and grocery store. For being off mountain, you can’t get much closer. Only a 10 minute walk to PCMR/Pay Day Lift. Easy to get first chair from this spot. Being from Utah, we don’t have to travel far to enjoy a vacation. Reservations was simple & quick and the unit was just as it was described – description and photos alike. We enjoyed the layout of the condo with the kitchen in the center - it was a great place for my family and friends to gather after a day on the ski slopes. This is a comfortable property with a perfect location; it's right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Wi-Fi access was also really fast, which made things very convenient. It is very conveniently located to town and a short walk to the lifts. The condo has a nice view of the mountain. As a family of 4, the place was a great size and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again! One thing to note is that the laundry machines need quarters ($2.00 for washer, $1.50 for dryer), we had a hard time getting enough change to use the washer/dryer - so come prepared if you anticipate doing laundry! ##### Mary Kate D.
