As advertised, this location was a great getaway from the craziness downtown at the University of Utah's graduation. Access to everything and anything is within walking distance, and there wasn't a thing required that wasn't on site. Thank you for a great stay.
Lovely practical and spotless residence. Easily walkable to good restaurants, shopping grocery and liquor stores. Also easy access to wildlife preserve where we saw herd of 30 elk moving through. Hoping to return soon!

The property was very clean and well appointed, and the host is well organized and responsive to questions. Staying near the shops, restaurants, and grocery store in the Redstone area was a huge benefit during the traffic and congestion of holiday week. Our family of four enjoyed our stay.
Everything was wonderful at the apartment. Communication right from the beginning was excellent. Upon check-in, we even received a welcome note. We found it it to be well stocked and extremely clean.
Great place to stay a few miles from Park City resort
We stayed here this year after also renting this unit a few years ago. It is very well maintained and appointed, and an easy walk to some great restaurants. The owner clearly cares about keeping it nice.
We had a very enjoyable 10 night stay at the property and would not hesitate to stay there again. The home was very well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed using the well equipped kitchen and appreciated the comfortable bed.
Property is in an excellent location, near stores and restaurants. Short drive to the slopes. Glove and boot dryers in the garage. I try travel quite often for skiing and snowboarding. Have owned my own property in a ski town and this was a great option. Would definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful stay in Kimball Junction. Communication with the owner was fabulous! This location was so central to everything we love, including hiking in Deer Valley, Sundance, and Brighton, stargazing at Jordanelle State Park, geocaching, and exploring Olympic Park. Having the grocery store within walking distance was a great bonus. We highly recommend staying here!
Beautiful property and surroundings. Unit kitchen stocked with lots of staples. Felt very much at home for the month. Joann was very lovely and responsive! Would definitely stay again! So close to a plethora of restaurants, retail stores, groceries and healthcare as well as fitness centers in walking distance!
This condo felt like home!! The space was so welcoming, and the furnishings and beds incredibly comfortable. Also, the communication from the owner and expectations for condo use were very straightforward, and made our stay quite pleasant. The home looked just like, if not better than, the pictures - it was well supplied and the communication was easy! The location is excellent! It was easy to make it home for a week.
Our only complaint was that the unit is on the ground floor and the upstairs neighbors were very loud (especially early in the morning).
This condo was the perfect home base for a girls trip. As long time friends and former Park City residents we knew the location was perfect for biking, hiking, and enjoyed its proximity to dining. We loved being close to Main St. But being out of town traffic. Our morning walk for coffee then a stroll past the Swaner Preserve to bid good morning to the sandhill cranes was the best.
The unit was comfortable and very well appointed. Joanne was a lovely and attentive host, going above and beyond to make our vacation experience memorable.
Perfect Stay with All the Comforts of Home - Away from Home
The condo is wonderfully appointed with all kinds of creature comforts. The sheets and towels are soft, the beds are super comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the many appliances are new and easy to use, and the little things - like spices, courtesy pantry, laundry detergent, Kleenex, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion, bubble bath, etc...are wonderful. There are plenty of dishes, glasses and mugs. Everything is super clean. The condo is located within a 5 min walk to many great restaurants, bars, movies, book stores, grocery stores, and much, much, more. We did uber/lyft to Park City and Canyons - as walking to the bus stop in ski boots with skis wasn't a comfortable option. The owner is super responsive and check in and check out were a breeze.
The Condo is just as pictured. Very clean, we felt like we were in our own VRBO home. It’s so nice to stay in a well kept place. It’s a nice touch to encourage people to leave their extra food/Spices/cooking needs. We do the same. The garage was a HUGE PLUS since it snowed while we were there. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. We cooked breakfast & dinner everyday. Plenty of room for my family. The gas fireplace was great after a long day of skiing. The condo is easy to find using the owners directions & picture. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. Joanne was amazing to work with. Our condo was nice. Location was the best. Recommendations for restaurants was spot on. It was quiet. Always felt safe. We were right in the heart of everything. If you love to cook like I do, you will appreciate the great kitchen. We will be going back. Joanne, thanks for everything. We travel a lot and use VRBO often. This stay rated up at the top. Don’t pass this one up.
Accuracy of listing was hard to give a 5 to but only because it was BETTER than the listing IMO.
First of all the rental was nice and spotless too. We felt at home and it was tough to leave because it was do comfortable.
We walked to dinner every evening and had very good meals. We went into Park City for Silly Sunday and that was so much fun.
We went across the way and rode the Olympic Bobsled. WOW, loved that! Watched ski jumpers go down and practice their flips. So neat.
We also spent time in Salt Lake and truly appreciated coming back to this rental.
They thought of everything and the pictures do not do it justice. Loved having a garage too.
