Why deal with the parking lot chaos?Comfortable, convenient, spacious Three Kings Condo. Situated half way between Eagle and Silver Star lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. Ski in at days end on Lickety Split run. Or catch the bus just steps from the front door for a free ride to Deer Valley or Canyons. To ski back to the condo you must be a good skier. You take Vista or Ligety Split that are both black diamond runs to a split that says Residences to right. Clip your skis off and about one hundred paces on the left you will see a green metal utility box. Just before the box is a path that takes you into the side yard.
But don't come just for the snow. Summer is even better than winter in the Wasatch mountains. You have access to the Mountain Trails network for hiking and mountain biking right from the back door. Golf across the street. Fishing, sailing, horseback riding, whitewater rafting or amusement rides at the local resorts - there is all kinds of summer time fun to choose from.
Sleeps 4 – 6 with queen bed in master, queen and 2 twins in second floor loft. Over 1300 square provides a great floor plan for families or a group of friends. Hot tub, heated pool, and sauna at the clubhouse. Wireless internet, cable, BBQ grill, wood burning fireplace in unit.

We had a wonderful time in this quiet condo. Great location, we could ride to the trails and were close to town. Great communication with the host-would stay again!
Perfect size and location for our family. Condo was super cute with a great living room and full size kitchen. Ski lifts were walkable and the community center and pool were super fun for our time off the slopes. We would stay again.
Great location. Walking either way to lifts is fairly easy. Not really a ski in option tho. Great kitchen and fantastic sunny windows to enjoy whatever the weather. Loved that. Sleeping upstairs has no walls and lots of light from those lovely windows.
Although this place needs some updating, we did have everything we need to have a comfortable stay. The location is good, walkable to the ski lift, about 15 mins walk. We opted to take the bus instead which picks you up right at the front door. Kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances. hot tub is a 5 mins walk which is in the same club of the laundry room. Owner’s communication is great, and we appreciated that he accommodated our early checkin request.
This is a spacious, well-appointed condo in the heart of Park City. As advertised, the unit had everything we needed, and more!
If you’re skiing Park City or Deer Valley, think no futher, this is the BEST deal you'll find!
Family favorite: the proximity to the Cabana where we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and heated pool. Literally just steps from the unit.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the cabin in three kings. Working with the host was probably one of the best experiences we’ve had especially with any questions or concerns. The response was immediate. If you read any of the reviews they’re basically spot on there are no Hidden issues with this condo. If there was anything I would mention it would be the Internet would not work in the morning hours and within 1 to 2 hours later it was up working just fine. The other recommendation would be to update the TV in the family room to a smart TV capable of streaming current apps . Other than that, this is a very nice unit that worked well for our mountain getaway vacation.
Loved the location and convenience to all of Park City. We couldn’t get the TV to work consistently and furnishing (towels, sheets, pillows, beds) are very old. We still liked our stay.

We really liked the location and access to the hot tub and pool. This condo is located a short walk away from the ski lift at Silver Star which is a locals only lift. The ski shop will store your skis overnight for $5 and let you leave your shoes for the day. That was convenient.
It was easy to make use of both Park City and Canyons runs from this Sliver Star lift with no line or crowd.
The hot tub, sauna and pool are a short walk away as well. That was great for after skiing.
There is parking underneath the buildings and we didn’t need to use our car at all which I think is great.
There was everything needed at the condo for cooking and the beds where very comfortable. A very good experience for the cost. What else can one ask for.

Nice and comfortable
Place was nice and well equipped. Never figured out the ski in ski out??? Been to that area 20 years! Could use up dating but still very comfortable. Love having covered parking.
The location is amazing. We took the bus to the slopes with our 6 and 8 year old but if you don't have kids it's an easy walk. We ended up walking back every day instead of waiting for the bus. The kitchen is stocked well. We found it lacking in toiletries so bring your own for sure. Also the beds/furniture and TV need updating - we ended up having the kids watch Netflix on our computer because the TV wasn't working well. Really awesome there were two sleds - my kids used those behind the condo and loved it. Overall, it was great - just could use some refreshes!
The host was very helpful throughout the process and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was also a very close walk to the Park City lifts
Great location at the bottom of Park City. Underground parking was very convenient, as we received alot of snow during our stay during the time between Christmas and New Years. Owner was very responsive to questions and quick to help resolve any issues. Excellent location!
My husband and I loved our stay at this property. The nice thing about this space is it's proximity to the action and the amazing outdoor feel. The complex is crafted in a way where you barely notice that you have any shared walls. The yard opens to the open field where there is beautiful landscaping and wildlife. We watched bunnies through the window and enjoyed the scenery here.
The kitchen is beautiful. We needed a blender for my medically supervised HMR diet, and they had it. They had about anything we could think we needed and then some. The house is very clean and tidy, moreso than you might expect from the profile photos. The parking was convenient. I was able to take business calls and zoom calls with the wifi, no problem. If I were a skier, I would come back for the ski in and ski out property, but it’s equally enjoyable in the summer, especially for mountain bikers. We saw several enjoying the surrounding trails. I would come again!
We were a family of five and walked to the slopes with our skies, meaning we could have done this week in Park City without a car. We enjoyed the hot tub and the Sauna even if it was a bit crowded at times. There were sufficient utensils for cooking and the cleanliness was ok. An extra chair would have been. I’ve so that all five could seat more comfortably around the table. The property manager could have been more charming, but was responsive and hence checkin was smooth. The view onto the Aspens from the kitchen and the sun shining through the window on us for breakfast were an unexpected bonus. We would rent this property again.
My friends and I really enjoyed our time here. Cozy little place with all the pots, pans, spices, etc you would ever need to cook your own meals. Great for hanging out after a day of skiing. Howard was also a fantastic host who was very responsive and helped me quickly work out an issue with the parking pass situation. I would stay here again.
That being said we had a few minor issues with some of the listed amenities, but they are things that are could be easily fixed. Specifically the microwave was broken, the cable reception was bad to the point it was unusable, and whoever the previous tenant was made such a mess in the oven that created tons of smoke when used which had clearly not been attended to by the cleaning service. It’s also not quite a ski off, still need to walk (or maybe ya need more snow!)
