The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains.

Great luxury from Ramada as always. Expect all the luxury amenities in the room. Mine had even shower gel and toothpaste. The hotel in next to legoland, surrounded by malls and restaurant. The hotel's restaurant is exquisite, featuring chef's "Mozart" delicacies from around the world. The hotel also feature an amazing shop with a large selection of potato chips, ice cream and other first necessity items. I definitely recommend this fantastic hotel
