We ride motorcycles & can get muddy, so I was relieved to find concrete floors. The rain on the tin roof ensured a great night of sleep. There was ice in the freezer, coffee & filters near the coffee pot & a variety of spices for cooking. The only issue we ran across was not finding the Wi-Fi password. The house is very roomy, comfortable, and very well equipped with the essentials. The lot is very large and there was plenty of room to park our 3 trucks, trailers and SXS. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room to spred out, store all our gear, and enjoy our time together. We will definitely stay there again!
