Room stank, hoterwater took 5 mins to get up to temp. Hair all over the sink and on blankets. Hair pins on the floor

The Hotel's staff and facilities are wonderful. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast was warm and made fresh with staff working where you can peer in if you choose too (refreshing as it is always nice to know what is being done with buffet style food services). When we checked in the front had home-made cookies available for guests upon arrival. Very impressive and considerate! Our only complaint about the entire experience happens to be the one thing we care most about.... the bed. The bed was extremely firm; I wouldn't be shocked if it was in a competition with the floor for stiffness level. The pillows were scatchy and very deflated. I woke up numerous times in pain throughout the night because of the bed(s). I have a bad hip and got up in the morning tired, sore, and more stiff than normal. In short, these may have been the worst beds I have slept in over 20 years of travelling across western and eastern Canada and US. If you can handle a poor bed; I recommend this place. The staff and amenities are top notch. Being said, we won't be coming back to this place solely due to the bed. Disclaimer: Prior to booking I read comments about how comfortable the stay was. We may have gotten an "off" room that had horrible beds. I cannot say for certain as we had never stayed there before. But I can say with absolute that these beds were the worst I have slept in for greater than 20 years.

Nice facility. The casino is a bit stingy, but I won a few bucks, so there’s that! Definitely would go back again!
