Razoável

Pousada razoável. Devido ao preço cobrado deixa um pouco a desejar. Quarto sem ar condicionado, apenas com barulhento ventilador de teto. Televisão pequena com sinal irregular e que sintonizava apenas três canais da TV aberta. Café da manhã bom embora sem muitas opções. Estacionamento descoberto ao lado de trecho da reserva ambiental.

Má Limpeza do quarto/comodidades e localização

O nosso quarto cheirava a mofo!! Foi horrível dormir lá a primeira noite! Tive q pontuar a situação para o recepcionista e ele disse q somente no dia seguinte pediria para faxineira limpar melhor. Não nos ofereceu outro quarto!No dia seguinte foi realizado a limpeza do quarto, mas, mesmo assim , ainda permaneceu o cheiro do mofo..menos, mas sentíamos o cheiro de mofo! Outra questão q a TV era muito pequena e pegava muito mal as transmissões..mal dava para assistir TV e, tb não oferecia opções de canais para assistirmos. O quarto não tinha ar condicionado...só tinha 02 ventiladores barulhentos e era um quarto bem quente mesmo com o tempo chuvoso q estava. A pousada fica longe do Centro histórico e centro da cidade para ir a pé. Seu café da manhã é razoável..sem muitas opções, principalmente para crianças. Não recomendo esta pousada infelizmente!

A palavra é decepção...

O Hotel não conta com estacionamento coberto... Os carros ficam na frente do hotel e apesar de dizerem que havia segurança a noite não notamos a presença do mesmo. Ficamos no quarto no andar térreo que é pequeno, com pouquíssima ventilação, muita umidade, ao entrar já sentimos o cheiro de mofo, muito abafado, apesar de possuir 2 ventiladores e ainda termos levado mais um ventilador, sentimos um calor infernal e tivemos muita dificuldade em dormir. O café da manhã é pouco variado e a reposição dos alimentos muito demorada, mesas insuficientes, tínhamos que ficar solicitando utensílios a todo momento. O local onde está localizado é calmo e arborizado mas longe do centro de Paraty. Com certeza não voltaremos e nem recomendaremos aos nossos amigos.

Bem localizado e em área muito tranquila, nos permitia breve caminhada até o centro histórico e a praia do pontal. Acesso tranquilo também à praia de Jabaquara.

Hotel perto do centro mas deixa muito a desejar

Box do banheiro com cabelo, chuveiro com pouca agua e morno, toalhas velhas e perdendo a textura, cama desconfortavel, teto com goteiras, ratos no forro andando na madrugada e cafe da manha razoavel e atendimento bom.

Quarto muito antigo com cama de colchão de espuma

Quarto precisa de modernização total. O colchão é de espuma e é muito desconfortável, é preciso trocar por um mais novo de molas. A TV é super antiga e pequena, nem o controle remoto funciona. Os ventiladores são barulhentos e o wi-fi não funciona direito nem na área do café da manhã. É preciso investir mais no conforto dos hóspedes, não é essa qualidade que esperamos pelo preço que é cobrado.
