Villa Teleia is located in a prime position on the popular Polyxenia complex, with the beach and restaurants only a few minutes stroll away. The pool area is fenced off and completely private, with fruit and palm trees, making for a secluded and peaceful holiday. The villa has Sun Loungers and a mobile sun-shade. Villa Teleia is beautifully furnished and has a large double bedroom and 2 large twin bedrooms, all of which have balcony access with views and ample storage space. A beautifully tiled family bathroom is provided upstairs, with a quality shower room and WC downstairs. A high quality bed settee offers extra sleeping capacity if required, on request. We can also provide a cot, highchair & stairgates. The Villa comes equipped with Air Conditioning, free WiFi, TV and PS3 with lots of games, in the living room and Air Conditioning each of the bedrooms as well as a Safe in the master bedroom. An Amazon Alexa and large TV have been provided to help keep you entertained. The villa enjoys an external patio area, which is ideal for al-fresco dining as shade has been provided. Once outside you will find it hard to resist the crystal clear swimming pool as you take some time to cool off from enjoying the gorgeous Cyprus sunshine. An outside cold water shower is provided for when a quick cool down is needed! Sun loungers and mobile sun shade is provided to cater for all personnel tastes. A BBQ is provided for guests to use, although home cooking may be the last thing on your agenda, given the quality of the local restaurants in Pernera, such as Doma, Blue Spice and La Cultura Del Gusto, to name just a few. High quality furnishings can be found throughout the villa, with each of the three bedrooms is individually colour co-ordinated right down to the glass tops on the dressing tables, which really brings the rooms together. These are finished off by the high quality curtains that bring that extra feel of luxury. Villa Teleia is in a beautiful location with a number of Blue Flag beaches, a short stroll away. Fig Tree bay and the night life of Protaras is a leisurely 15 minute walk along the landscaped coastal boardwalk, taking in the breath-taking views of the crystal clear waters, or stopping off for refreshments along the way. There is a small water park just a short walk away from the villa, which is suitable for younger children, or for older children and adults, the Water World water park in Agia Napa is only a bus ride away. The villa provided all the facilities you may need to help make Villa Teleia a home from home, with Dishwasher, Washing machine, iron and ironing board, together with drying facilities. A hairdryer has been provided to help maximise your baggage allowance. Pernera is a small yet pretty harbour town on the eastern coast of Cyprus. It radiates a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere, so typical of the Mediterranean. The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means Protaras is now a 15-minute ocean-side stroll away from Pernera, day or night. Overall good ofcourse. Clean and easy to use. All ACs were working, washing machine to help with dishes and good gas barbecue. Pool clean and working although a bit needing renovating. 3 nice size bedroom but only one bathroom upstairs. Location... 5 min to swim in the sea and it is a good beach not just water where you can't really get in. And another 5 min to restorant. Nice walkway to Portaras and bigger beaches. Houses on the street are really really close to eachother and this makes all the sounds echo heavily. Many houses on the street look very sad and seem to be empty for long time allready and still it was a lot of noise. If you have children who like to make a lot of noise :) and wish to listen to music then it will be fine street for you if you look for quiet place then maybe not for you. We would consider renting again as house was clean and good location for going to beach. ##### Pille K. We absolutely fell in love with Pernera , the area is stunning and all the restaurants around the villa are fabulous . Our favourite being Blue Spice ! Also loved the Mexicans at the top of the road , and being on the Polynexia resort was amazing . The villa is everything and more that you see in the photographs , the high standard inside & Out really makes your stay one to remember. So much space , and so just a home from home . We all agreed the villa is the prettiest on the full street , the attention to detail really shows . John was fabulous in accommodating us with our full stay , and was always on hand with any questions to answer. We will so look forward to returning to this beautiful villa and would give it 5star plus on all accounts . The villa and the area made our 2 weeks very special . It's a lovely walk into Protaras, and Protaras is beautiful but we 100% preferred our stay in Pernera . Thank you John ##### claire l. It is situated literally 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from our favourite restaurant. The villa itself was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed, though we were a bit confused by the English plug sockets, we wouldn't have bought adapters if we had known. The outside space was great and we loved the seating area and pool. We were a bit short on towels for the pool when we arrived, but the management were fantastic and provided some more straight away. In fact they couldn't have been more helpful. We have never been in a villa that is so perfectly situated. We loved the variety of restaurants and can't recommend enough Ifalos and Doma, which is new and just at the end of the street. We enjoyed the beach and made use of the sunbeds at the Polyxenia hotel complex. We also enjoyed the promenade walk to Protaris, which was a good 20 minutes, but lovely after a large evening meal. All in all we had a fantastic stay at the villa. We only had one slight negative and that was that the beds were a bit too hard for our taste. If the mattresses were softer, without a doubt we would book this amazing villa every year! ##### David W.
