Spectacular 101 acre “Garden of Eden” in Southern Utah with meadows, woods and views of the back side of Bryce Canyon National Park. A 1/4 mile of the Sevier River runs through it with German brown and rainbow trout. Additionally we have a stocked trout pond. Wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer live on the ranch as well as our own cattle, goats, chickens, horses and alpacas. The space Guests will have exclusive use of the fire pit in front of the cabin and may explore all 101 acres. Guest access There are a total of 3 properties at the Azevedo Ranch. The Main House, The Apartment and the Cowboy Cabin. These properties can be rented individually, or the entire Ranch can be rented for large events. The common areas include parking, pond, river, camp fire ring and surrounding pastures and forests. It’s a rustic little cabin but with everything you need and an easy drive to food and the park. C Stop Pizza in Panguitch is some of the best we’ve ever had. Beautiful view of the stars at night if you get out away from the house! I’m not docking the cabin for this bc I think it’s totally a matter of preference, but fyi the mattresses are memory foam in case really soft mattresses aren’t your thing.
