Book with confidence. We have been hosting for years and have 5 other properties with over 200 5-Star Reviews! 100 feet of private beach awaits! De La Sol is a 3 bed, 2 bath GULF FRONT home with with large windows throughout guaranteeing spectacular ocean views. We are located in a small, quiet neighborhood with one 1 row of houses behind us. This means our beach is never crowded. Home sleeps 9\. One bed is a twin rollaway. Private outdoor shower, grill, beach toys, & outdoor fish-cleaning sink. 1 dog up to 50 pounds or 2 dogs up to 25 pounds each are allowed for a $250 fee. Contact me to pay. PLEASE NOTE - When booking, VRBO will prompt payment for the full amount. However, only 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to check in. \*Sat - Sat Only between May 29 - Aug 7\* Renovation just completed! Master Bedroom 1: Features a king size bed w/ brand new pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and dresser. Views of the ocean with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Bedroom 3: All new furniture! Features a brand new queen bed, pillow top mattress, 600 count linens, flatscreen TV, and private balcony. Monthly / Snowbirds: January and February and monthly only.
