A $120 resort fee is required and paid directly to Lake town Wharf resort (payment link sent after booking). This fee is separate from your reservation and not paid to the host and includes 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands (children under 12 do not need a wristband). Wristbands provide access to all resort amenities. Additional vehicles must use nearby public parking.  
  
Age Requirement  
Primary guest must be 21+, stay on-site, and is responsible for the group.

We had an amazing stay at this condo from start to finish. Communication with the host was excellent they were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely sweet, which made the entire experience stress-free. The condo itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. It was extremely spacious, which made it perfect for our larger family while still allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy. The layout and comfort of the space made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, this was a beautiful place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

This condo was large and spacious and close to lots of attractions! Overall, the main point of the lower rating is lack of cleanliness and issues with the resort itself. The cleanliness was the biggest problem, when we arrived, sand was all over the floor, the tables had sticky rings from drinks, and sand all over the couch. For the resort, none of our bracelets worked so we had to get them programmed which was a huge hassle. Additionally, the pools were gross and elevators not easily accessible… and by that I mean they are tiny and there is typically a line of 20 people so an elevator wait is roughly 15-30 minutes. This is especially frustrating when one of our family is handicap and requires the elevator. Last thing…the bunk beds were worse for wear, run down and dirty with poor mattresses.

My family enjoyed our stay so much! It was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was definitely a home away from home and we did not want to leave. 7th floor was just right as it wasn’t too high up. We parked on the 6th floor and walked up the stairs during busy times. We will be visiting again.

#### Soccer tournament 

Getting the car passes was a little confusing as we had to go to park then go to the Lobby and they needed our license plate so we had to walk back out to do that and come back. We had more than 2 vehicles so the others had to park off site. We were 12 minutes from the fields so that was nice. The lobby was not helpful in how you actually get to the crosswalks from the garage to the room. We were not the only ones getting back in the elevators to get to a floor with a crosswalk. Other than that our view was great, the condo was clean and comfortable. The host communicated with us quickly.
