Points forts : cadre, nature, emplacement (proximité commerce et plage), la résidence très calme en juin, le jardin de l'appartement (idéal avec un chien), l'appartement, la literie. Points à améliorer et/ou moins positifs : l'appartement est humide (c'est pê lié au fait que ancien terrain marécageux), la cuisine serait à rénover (+ frigo à changer) et renouveler certains équipements (casseroles,...) + coup de frais à donner (peinture). ##### Sophie G.
