Palm Springs Vacation Packages

Been here a few day's. Only got service once, but its nice and you are left alone! Would recommend

I chose The Brazilian Court Hotel for a quiet night away from home because of its charm, reputation, and beautiful location and in many ways, it does deliver on that. The property is lovely and has classic Palm Beach character. I did receive a room upgrade, and staff were polite and responsive. The location is excellent and truly one of the hotel’s highlights. Unfortunately, the in-room experience was very disappointing for a hotel at this price point. The air conditioner did not work properly. Despite setting the thermostat to 65°F, the room temperature never dropped below 73°F. I woke up around 3 a.m. uncomfortable and sweaty and had a restless night. Maintenance addressed the issue around 7 a.m., but by then the night was already lost. Additionally, there was no hot water for a morning shower. For a room costing approximately $900 per night, basic comfort such as climate control and hot water should be guaranteed. The hotel did offer a $200 discount, which I appreciate. However, the purpose of this stay was rest and relaxation, and unfortunately, that was not achieved. While the property has charm and a beautiful setting, this stay did not feel like a luxury experience or worth the price paid.

The room was beautiful, staff was extremely friendly and super accommodating. Pool was beautiful, everything was very clean, service was very attentive. Loved everything about my stay!

For the age of the property it was clean. The walls are thin so I could hear the neighbors tv all night. I love the quaintness of it and the island is cool if you want something more lowkey.

Everything was great. House keeping was great and all the employees were great and helpful
