After driving the scenic, oak-lined journey to the gated community, you are welcomed by a fresh ocean breeze and the undeniable fragrance of salty ocean air. The foyer feels open and bright leading to an entertainment room completed with a Sleeper Sofa, a wet-bar and powder bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to the magnificent courtyard pool. The lagoon-blue pool provides ample privacy and beckons a refreshing dip after a fun day at the beach. The pool patio features an outdoor shower and a grill. The first level also boasts 3 guest bedrooms, a first level King Bedroom with private en-suite and access to the back patio, a King suite with Jack-n-Jill Bathroom shared with the Queen Bedroom. A very short walk to the beach. The beach had some larger rocks and that prevented us from swimming in it due to risk of injury. Speaking with some people the conditions change from year to year and sometimes the rocks are covered. There are plenty of near by beaches that are perfect for swimming. We were in a panic on where to go and luckily moved to this house 3 doors down. The property management was great with communication. Even though it's not as close to the beach and club pool as we'd like, it's not a bad walk to the beach. Drove to the club pool. The home does have its own unheated pool, which could use a few touches (pull weeds,add chairs, etc.)It's a lovely home, just lacks that personal feeling. Reviewer Comments: First, Crystal went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and gave us a great bike rental recommendation. House was very nice, plenty of space for 7 adults. Pool is smaller than the pictures make it appear and there are only 2 lounge chairs for a home that sleep 10\. The weeds around the pool were a foot high so we didn’t use the pool at the house.
