No smoking indoors ($500 fine). Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running; guests are liable for HVAC damage.
Take trash out per the schedule sent before check-in. Clean the BBQ and outdoor areas after use. Follow Cinnamon Beach community and pool rules.
