Private on-site parking is available for registered guests.



**PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION**



Public transportation is limited in this peaceful coastal neighborhood. Rideshare services may be available, but having your own vehicle is recommended for the most convenient stay.

**RENTAL AGREEMENT**



After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement electronically through our property management system. The agreement must be signed before check-in instructions and property access information can be provided.



**PETS**



Dolphin Beach House is pet-friendly.



- Pet fee: $100 per pet, per stay, plus applicable tax.



Please include pets in your reservation or contact us if adding a pet after booking. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.



**HOT TUB — NOT AVAILABLE**



Please note that a hot tub is located at the property; however, it is currently not operational and is NOT available for guest use.



Please do not attempt to operate or use the hot tub during your stay.



**ELEVATOR SAFETY**



All elevator doors must be securely closed on every level before the elevator can be called or operated.



Children must be appropriately supervised around the elevator and must not operate it independently.



**BEACH & OCEAN SAFETY**



Ocean conditions, waves, tides, and currents can change quickly. Children must be appropriately supervised near the beach and ocean.



Please use designated beach access paths and avoid walking on protected dunes.



**HOUSE RULES**
