This bright and cheery corner condo feels like home! New owners have updated this wildly spacious Cinnamon Beach unit. This is what you’ve been looking for. Not only is this more than 2,000-sq.-ft., 3-bedroom condo gorgeous in and of itself, but it’s part of an equally deluxe, gated community, Cinnamon Beach. This floor plan is the largest in the community with windows spanning the entire south side of the property capturing gorgeous panoramic ocean views throughout. With breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and only 2 floors up from the beach, the sights and sounds of the ocean are right under your feet. The balcony overlooks the ocean and the cinnamon-tinted sands that give the complex its name. You can watch the sunrise or spy dolphins while sitting on the 350-sq.-ft. balcony. You can choose from multiple private walkways to take you directly from the complex right to the beach—how fabulous is that! Sliding doors connect the balcony to the living room, which has been redecorated in serene, sophisticated tones that ensure relaxation. There’s tasteful furniture throughout including a comfy sectional sofa, matching love seat, and an oversized armchair, so that everyone can gather around to enjoy their favorite shows, a movie or even the big game on the 55” Internet-enabled HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player. Our power went out during our stay4\. The house had such minimal necessities including paper products and soap/laundry detergent. I have stayed in numerous airbnbs & this one was really lacking. We had to go to the store immediately to replenish these items, which was disappointing after a long travel day. 5\. This year I invited guests to enjoy the experience with us.The door to the Condo had a broken lock and it felt unsafe. I spoke to Lena who promised someone would come out to fix it. In the 7 days days we were there, no one came and we felt the need to put a chair under the handle inside the door every night before we went to sleep. Also, there was no lock on the sliding doors to the outside patio. We were only on the second floor and once again it was a safety issue. There was a long broomstick like device for us to use. It was not only unacceptable but a very low budget solution.The living room furniture was so old and worn that you couldn’t sit comfortably without sinking into the bottom. It affected my lower back and caused me discomfort.Lena told us that the TV in the 3rd bedroom wasn’t working and someone would be out to fix it. It never happened.We were really looking forward to a great experience with family being invited and I was more embarrassed by the condo. Three friends from high school (40 years ago) meet each year to review our lives scattered across the country. We very much enjoyed this property and the surrounding area. This unit is large with beautiful appointments and a great patio area for enjoying the ocean view. A short walk to both the surf line and the community pool gave us plenty of time in the water. Rescheduled with same owner / condo 5 star / maintenance quick to respond. Negatives would be no handicap beach access, pool hours, and closed hot tub. Should probably post something about shoreline rocks with the notice of no lifeguard since thet are not visible at high tide. Would recommend to others. ##### Melissa L. Unit 525 was well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Decor was very tasetful. We loved it! Wished there were bikes we could have used. We ended up renting them. There’s not much I can say besides that everything was fantastic! The room and condo was immaculate and enormous! The property was clean and well taken care of. We had no issues with check-in and did not need to reach out to the management company for anything, all of our needs were met. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms even had laundry baskets in them! We came the week after Labor Day and we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The beach was spectacular (just watch out for the hidden rocks in the surfline) and the pool and kids playground were a hit for my four year old, eight-year-old and 11-year-old (and me too!)! We will definitely come back and will probably make this our regular destinations spot. ##### Todd M.
