Surely, you will have your individual needs, so please be sure to stop by the desired store to purchase preferred items and meals. ***

*Heated pool is not the same as hot tub. The heater is set up to 80 degrees. Pool is heated from From November to May.

***Surveillance cameras: 1 on the left side of the house and 1 on the right side of the house. Cameras are for security purposes only. They are not pointed to the pool or yard areas. 2 surveillance cameras on the front outside wall of the house pointed to driveway to monitor garbage collection. 1 camera in the garage, which is not a living space, for Amazon deliveries , which has garage drop off option. There are NO cameras inside the house.

You will receive a digital guidebook Touch Stay. This will allow you to easily navigate your way around the house, introduce you to House Manual (which are available to see during and after booking) , obtain WIFI information, and what you need not only around Palm Paradise but around Brevard County as well.

PET Fee $25 per dog per stay. No more than 2 medium size dogs. Please inquire first
