Apartment in the center of Palermo just a short walk from the historic center. Well served by public transport. Very close to the shuttle bus to / from the airport. Surrounded by Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Shops, Pharmacy, and everything you need. Inserted in a building of the early 1900s, the apartment, completely renovated and very comfortable, is located on the first floor (without elevator) but is very easy to reach and quiet thanks to double glazing in all the fixtures. It has 3 bedrooms, two with a king-size bed and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which has a shower. The apartment is fully air conditioned with appliances in all the bedrooms and in the living room. It does not have a washing machine (but it is close to some laundries), however it is possible to wash / rinse small clothing, and the apartment has a drying rack and an iron. Le propriétaire est très agréable, fournis beaucoup d'informations sur les commerces et activités à proximité.
