The living area consists of a fully equipped living kitchen with appliances, dishes, utensils, and dining table and chairs.  
  
The sofa bed comfortably accommodates two additional guests, while the TV, air conditioning and wifi ensure maximum comfort.  
  
The bathroom has a contemporary style, with a toilet, bidet and shower. We provide towels and a complimentary kit with shampoo and shower gel.  
  
Parking is condominium and subject to availability, there is no assigned space.  
  
The area where you will be located is Corso Calatafimi and is the ancient street that connects Piazza Indipendenza to the Cathedral of Monreale, skirting such treasures as the Palazzo dei Normanni, the Cuba and San Giovanni degli Eremiti. The apartment is in close proximity to Via Regione, an artery that connects the A29 highway to the A19/A20
